The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee has awarded the July Business of the Month award to The Label Team located at 1251 Quaker Circle. This family-owned business was founded in 1998 by flexographic industry veteran Dean McDaniel. The business’ landscaping is well maintained with the entrance outlined with mulch, shrubbery, hydrangeas and dogwood trees. Knights of Columbus Salem Council #1818 will host a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul School Scullion Hall, 925 E. State St. The meal will include all-you-can-eat pancakes, DiRusso Italian sausage, hash browns, fruit cocktail, juice and coffee for a monetary donation and school supply item (such as notebooks, pencils and backpacks).
