UFC on ESPN 61 Weigh-in Results: 3 Fighters Heavy

After back-to-back weeks overseas, the Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Las Vegas for UFC on ESPN 61 . The 10-fight card will be headlined by a heavyweight fight between Marcin Tybuyra and Serghei Spivac . Tybura will be the larger man inside the cage, as he weighs 14 pounds more than Spivac.

While both heavyweights made weight, three other fighters on the card did not. Most notable was co-main event fighter Jose Mariscal , who came in 3.5 pounds over the featherweight limit for his fight against Damon Jackson . That wasn't even the biggest miss, though, as Chelsea Chandler came in five pounds over the bantamweight limit for her fight against Yana Santos . Additionally, Danny Barlow came in a quarter of a pound over the welterweight limit. All fighters will be fined a percentage of their purse.

Tybura (25-8) enters his third-straight main event coming off a submission win over Tai Tuivasa . That win got "Tybur" back into the win column as he had lost to Tom Aspinall prior. Meanwhile, Spivac (16-4) most recently lost to Ciryl Gane . Prior to the loss, "The Polar Bear" had won three straight against Derrick Lewis , Augusto Sakai and Greg Hardy .

The UFC on ESPN 61 main card will air on ESPN and ESPN+ at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. Prelims begin at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on the same platforms.
