Update: Berks County under a flash flood warning Monday morning
An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 6:07 a.m. in effect until 7:30 a.m. for Berks County. "At 6:07 a.m., Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated showers and thunderstorms that produced between 1 and 4.5 inches of rain across the warned area have weakened and mostly moved to the south and east. Portions of Route 422 in Exeter Township are closed due to flash flooding," according to the weather service. "This includes Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 3 and 11."

Nationwide â A group of young people from Philadelphia who are a part of the National Youth Foundation are stepping up to care for and beautify the grave site for the stolen remains of 19 African Americans who died in the 1800s. Their remains were previously housed at Penn Museum which is owned by the University of Pennsylvania since 1966. However, earlier this year, the remains were given a proper final resting place in a private ceremony held at Eden Cemetery in Collingdale, Pennsylvania.
