"When a health code violation is observed, education regarding the issue is provided to the operator and corrective measures are provided," according to the department.
Inkcarceration boosts Mansfield food trucks
MANSFIELD — Sadie Stewart remembers when her food truck was one of the only Richland County trucks serving Inkmates a few years ago.
