LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A former jockey who won the 1992 Kentucky Oaks appeared in court today. He’s one of seven men charged in a human tracking sting from 2020. Police arrested Blake Jeffreys, Richard Tong, and Fabio Arguello, all from Louisville. Bradley Martin of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Edward Phillips of Shepherdsville were arrested along with Amos Brown of Hodgenville, Ky., and Jeffery Stutts of Eastview, Ky.
