Fire burns Atwater Soccer Complex in Hopewell
Emergency services responded to a structure fire at the Atwater Soccer Complex in Hopewell on Sunday night. According to an official Facebook post from the City of Hopewell Professional Firefighters Association, units were originally dispatched to the complex on the 200 block of Atwater Road for a trash can fire at around 11 p.m. on July 14. While en route, the call was upgraded to a structure fire with the concession stand and bathrooms burning.
