KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — No arrests have been made nor have any charges been filed after law enforcement was called to a fight between Cedar Grove Police Chief Jack Ice and a cyclist, according to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. on Monday when Chief Ice, acting as a police officer, stopped a cyclist in the parking lot of Capitol Recycling in Shrewsbury, the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.
