    Montgomery County police investigating deadly pedestrian crash in Silver Spring

    SILVER SPRING, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Police in Montgomery County are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that happened on Saturday night.

    Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) officers and crews from the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service went to the intersection of Langley Drive and University Blvd. to investigate a crash involving a pedestrian around 9 p.m.

    There, they found a male victim who was already dead. MCPD said a car had hit the victim while he was trying to cross University Blvd.

    The driver of the car remained at the scene of the crash.
