A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District.
