Sioux City Art Center to host artist conversation with special guests

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — The Sioux City Art Center will be hosting a conversation between Tim Olsen and special guests Art and Dolores Cullen.

Currently, Tim Olson has a solo exhibition on display at the Art Center and will be having an art conversation with special guests Art and Dolores Cullen, according to the Sioux City Art Center.

“Our audiences have really enjoyed this exhibition since it opened on May 9th. I couldn’t think of a better couple than Art and Dolores Cullen to talk with Tim about his work and connect it to the notable citizens and colorful history of Northwest Iowa. This conversation will surely be wide-ranging and entertaining,” raves Christopher Atkins, curator at the Sioux City Art Center.

Art Cullen is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, editor of The Storm Lake Times, and published author. Dolores Cullen is a reporter and photographer for the Storm Lake Times, as well as an artist, teacher, and musician.

The Art Conversation will be held on July 20 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. It is free and opened to the public.
