    Sioux Falls native Taryn Kloth leads the US beach volleyball team to second pool play win

    Sioux Falls native Taryn Kloth continues to shine on the Olympic stage.

    The O’Gorman alumnus is representing South Dakota and the U.S. in Paris in the Olympic Beach Volleyball competition. Kloth is competing alongside her teammate Kristen Nuss.

    The duo competed in and won their second pool play match on Monday, defeating Australia in a sweep 21-16, 21-16.

    Kloth scored 12 attack points against the Aussies to help the U.S. earn their second pool play win. The pair also swept Canada on Saturday.

    Kloth and Nuss will play their final pool play match against China on Thursday at 3 p.m.
