The Dockside partners –the builder, the architects, and the bankers – developed the project in a way to offer an upscale living experience alongside the lake, dock access to which is provided. The LLC Fountain Residential Partners is a privately-held Dallas company whose official Brent Little is behind plans to build apparently similar housing on the Oconee County side on 123 between Bojangles and the former Paws Restaurant.
