People In The Texas Panhandle Are Already Preparing For A High School Tradition
When it comes to school traditions, nothing in Texas compares to homecoming. Usually, there's a football game involved that the team is supposed to win. Kings and queens get crowned. There's usually a dance involved at some point, too. One of the key parts of this entire evening is the mum, and the panhandle is already getting prepared.
Groovy Good Time at the GCARC Summer Bash
Good times and good vibes were had at the Gray County Association for Retarded Citizens Annual Summer Bash this past Wednesday. Established in 1958 right here in Pampa by the beloved organization, originally called the Exceptional Children’s Association and later changed to its current name, has given these special citizens a place in the community where they are able to thrive and live their lives surrounded by love and support.
