The Peekskill Community Tennis Association, a newly formed local group, is hosting a free Community Tennis Day on Saturday July 20th from 10am – noon at the Depew Park tennis courts. Attendees from beginners to experts and everyone in between are invited to show up and join by bringing a racket, lots of water, and maybe even a chair to sit and relax when not on the court. Attendees will be able to practice tennis skills with a local tennis pro or take part in a friendly doubles round-robin. If you don’t know how to play, but have always been curious, show up and let the Peekskill Community Tennis Association teach about the ins and outs of the sport.
