The City of Butler is continuing with the process of seeking assistance from a state agency to improve efficiency and learn more about funding opportunities. NEW CASTLE, Pa. – Nelson’s FTMA Karate Team Member, Flora Bilott of Tidioute, recently competed at the 2024 Genbu-Kai Karate Tournament. The traditional-format tournament was held June 29, in New Castle. Bilott won three medals in her fighting, weapons, and forms divisions placing 1st in Weapons, and 2nd in fighting and forms.
