Strange note found on the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey
An index card stapled to a sign on the Garden State Parkway caught my attention not too long ago. I was driving on the Parkway and headed off at Exit 44 by Stockton College in Galloway recently. While sitting at the red light at the end of the ramp, I happened to look over and I saw a very small sign attached to a wooden pole.
