Smyrna providing facade grants for remodeling

The town of Smyrna is providing facade grants for remodeling home, business or institution exteriors.

Grants of up to $2,500 are available for residences and $10,000 for commercial buildings.

Applicants must live in the Smyrna Downtown Development District or Smyrna Redevelopment Focus Area to be eligible for a grant.
