GREENFIELD — City of Greenfield and the Greenfield Union School District partnered with the Monterey County Health Department to offer free Narcan and fentanyl test strips to the community. Narcan can now be accessed via distribution boxes at four locations in Greenfield — no questions asked: Greenfield Civic Center, 599 El Camino Real, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Greenfield Fire Department, 380 Oak Ave. (located outside), available 24/7; Greenfield Community Science Workshop, 45 El Camino Real, Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Greenfield Union School District, Family Resource Center, 493 El Camino Real, Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Instructions and information on local resources are available at each distribution box.
