SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A detour is planned in Somerset County starting Monday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

The four-day traffic detour will be in place on Route 31 (Glades Pike) in Somerset Township starting at 7 a.m. July 15 through Thursday, July 18.

While crews work on replacing a 72″ pipe, Route 31 will be open to westbound traffic from the Somerset Borough to Marteeny Road, and to eastbound traffic from Lavansville to Windsor Street.

The detour will utilize Route 31, Route 381, Route 653 and Route 281.
