BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE COUNTS
One person was arrested Thursday, facing charges for multiple alleged offenses. Brenham Police report that Thursday night at 9:10, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 2300 block of South Austin Street and during the investigation the Officer met with, Zackary Toner, 33 of Brenham. After the completion of the investigation Toner was placed into custody for an outstanding warrant, Abandoning or Endangering a Child with Imminent Danger of Bodily Injury, Injury Child, Elderly or Disabled with the Intent of Bodily Injury, Terroristic Threat of a Family or Household, Public Intoxication, and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport. Toner was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
