Investigation underway after man killed in motor vehicle accident in LaSalle County
LASALLE COUNTY, Ill. (WMBD) — A man was killed in a deadly accident Sunday in LaSalle County, Illinois. According to a press release from the LaSalle County Coroner’s Office, the coroner was called to the OSF St. Paul Medical Center Emergency Room regarding a man who had been involved in a motor vehicle accident southbound on Route 251, north of Mendota.

Semi truck driver killed in rollover crash on I-80; Kedzie Avenue closed in Hazel Crest
HAZEL CREST, Ill. - A driver died Tuesday morning after a semi-truck rolled over on Interstate 80 in Hazel Crest and fell onto the roadway below, Illinois State Police said. Troopers responded to the crash around 4:36 a.m. The truck was traveling eastbound when it left the roadway, went down an embankment, and overturned onto Kedzie Avenue, police said.
