    Ingredients

    18-24 large strawberries

    1 cup heavy whipping cream

    1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)

    1/3 cup sour cream

    2/3 cup white granulated sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

    1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

    Instructions

    Prepare the strawberries by removing the stems and halving them. Trim a small slice from the back of each strawberry half to ensure they sit upright. Gently hollow out the center of each half using a small melon baller, creating a slight indent without removing too much flesh to prevent the cream cheese filling from sliding off.

    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches a stiff peak consistency, which typically takes around 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes smooth and well blended.

    Carefully incorporate the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture by gently folding it together until fully combined. Once blended, transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip to elegantly pipe it onto each freshly sliced strawberry. Lastly, complete the dessert by generously sprinkling graham cracker crumbs over the top for added texture and flavor.
