    2 cups flour

    1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (drained, reserving 2 tbsp juice for the glaze)

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1 cup sugar

    3 oz cream cheese, softened

    1 tsp baking soda

    1 tsp salt

    3 tsp vanilla extract

    1 egg, beaten For the Glaze:

    11/3 cups powdered sugar

    2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice

    Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it thoroughly.

    Ingredients for the Cream: Softened cream cheese, sugar, and cream are combined.Combining the Wet Ingredients: Incorporate egg, vanilla, and sour cream into the mixture.

    Blend the dry components together by sifting flour, baking soda, and salt. Then, mix them with the wet mixture.

    Incorporate Pineapple: Gently incorporate the pineapple chunks into the batter. Transfer of Batter: Carefully pour the prepared batter into the loaf pan.

    Bake the bread for an hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. After baking, allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
