The Peppermint Crisp Tart holds a special place as a beloved family classic, deeply rooted in tradition. Generation after generation, it has been a staple at family gatherings, birthdays, and holidays, bringing joy and nostalgia with every slice. Its layers of golden buttery crust, creamy caramel, whipped cream, and shards of peppermint chocolate create a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that never fail to delight both young and old.

The mere mention of Peppermint Crisp Tart evokes memories of laughter around the table, friendly disputes over the last piece, and the shared happiness that comes with indulging in a dessert that has stood the test of time. It represents more than just a sweet treat; it symbolizes family bonds, togetherness, and life's simple pleasures. In a world that constantly changes, the Peppermint Crisp Tart remains a comforting constant, a reminder of cherished traditions and the love that we pass down through the generations.

    Ingredients:

    1 packet of tennis biscuits

1 1/4 cups of heavy cream

    1 can of caramel treat

5.3 oz of peppermint crisp chocolate bars

    2 tablespoons of milk (optional)

    Directions:

Arrange the tennis biscuits in a layer at the base of a rectangular dish. To achieve a softer texture, consider lightly brushing them with milk. Utilize a mixer to whip the heavy cream until it reaches a consistency where stiff peaks are formed.

Gently incorporate the caramel treat into the whipped cream until thoroughly blended. Proceed to evenly spread half of this creamy mixture over the biscuit layer in the dish.

Carefully grate half of the peppermint crisp chocolate and generously sprinkle it over the cream layer.

Layer another set of tennis biscuits over the chocolate and then proceed to repeat the process with the remaining cream mixture and grated chocolate.

Please refrigerate the tart for a minimum of 2 hours or ideally overnight to allow it to properly set. After chilling, cut the tart into squares and serve it cold.

    Enjoy!
