    Ingredients:

    2 lbs beef brisket

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 large onion, sliced

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup beef broth

    1 cup barbecue sauce

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1 teaspoon ground cumin

    Salt and pepper to taste

    12 small corn tortillas

    2 cups shredded cabbage

    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    Juice of 1 lime

    Directions:

    To begin, preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a sizable oven-safe pot, warm the olive oil on medium heat. Proceed by adding the thinly sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes tender and translucent in appearance.

    Season the brisket with a blend of salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin. Next, position the seasoned brisket in the cooking pot alongside the onions and garlic. Proceed by adding the beef broth, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce into the pot. Allow the mixture to reach a gentle simmer on the stovetop.

    Place the lid on the pot and place it in the preheated oven. Allow it to cook for about 3 to 4 hours, or until the brisket reaches a tender consistency and can be easily shredded with a fork. Once done, take the pot out of the oven and allow the brisket to cool slightly. Use two forks to shred the brisket.

    Gently heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until they become tender and flexible. Next, construct the tacos by stuffing each tortilla with shredded brisket, cabbage, and fresh cilantro. Prior to serving, drizzle lime juice over the assembled tacos.
