Oscoda man convicted of threatening Iosco County prosecutor
IOSCO COUNTY, Mich. (WJRT) - An Oscoda man faces up to six months in jail for threatening the Iosco County prosecutor over a landlord-tenant issue last winter. Court records show an Iosco County jury found 40-year-old Dominque Simo guilty of one count of malicious use of a telecommunications device for threatening Iosco County Prosecuting Attorney James A. Bacarella.
