Former St. Albans High School girls’ basketball coach under investigation
St. Albans High School girls' basketball coach Ricky Steele is no longer the coach at the school, Kanawha County Schools officials said on Tuesday. At the same time, St. Albans Police Chief Marc Gilbert told 13 News there is an ongoing investigation into Steele.
