Don Penman Appointed South Pasadena Interim City Manager
The South Pasadena City Council has selected Don Penman to serve as Interim City Manager by a vote of 5-0. Don Penman previously served for 14 years in Arcadia, having retired as City Manager in 2011. In his post-retirement career, Penman served as interim city manager for several cities, including Azusa, Calabasas, Covina, San Fernando, Temple City and most recently for the City of Ventura. He was the previous City Manager for the cities of Baldwin Park and San Fernando.
