EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) – Wednesday evening’s storms caused quite a bit of damage in Hampshire County.

A portion of Davis Street was closed in Easthampton due to downed power lines in that neighborhood. A large branch was caught in some power lines along Loudville Road, and a few blocks down, Eversource was working to fix a similar situation with branches being stuck in utility lines.

In South Hadley, multiple roads are closed due to electrical lines and trees down. Several neighborhoods are without power.

Crews with South Hadley electric light are working on clearing a large tree in the area, causing the following streets to lose power:

    • Portions of East Street
    • Miller Avenue
    • Hadley Village
    • Brook Street
    • Parker Street
    • Cedar Ridge
    • West Parkview Drive

To keep yourself updated with all current outages in the area, refer to the MEMA Power Outage Map.
