Affordable apartments for empty nesters are coming to St. Albans
SAINT ALBANS CITY, Vt. — More than 30 affordable apartments are coming to St. Albans, and they're intended to help a specific community of Vermonters. Contractors broke ground today on Reid Commons, a new living community for people 55 and older. The building will have an on-site care coordinator and part-time wellness nurse at no additional cost to residents.
