HOUSTON — Neighbors shot video Sunday night of a man’s sixth arrest in as many years -- it happened minutes after someone reported that he was peeping into their window. "You know, it’s months and months off, he's in jail, he’s out of jail, but he keeps coming back,” Gavi Lomnitz said.
Cigna launches impact fund aimed at tackling health disparities
Cigna has created a new impact fund that aims to address health disparities commonly impacting local communities. The insurer's philanthrophic arm, the Cigna Group Foundation, will operate the Cigna Group Health Equity Impact Fund.
