High school lacrosse player spots goals, trailer stolen from Sandy shop
SANDY — Often what is stolen is gone for good and that could have been what happened when thieves stole a trailer full of lacrosse goals from a local business this week. However, a community of athletes came together in a way the bad guys probably weren’t expecting.

Salt Lake City, Utah – are y’all ready for Utah Days of ‘47 Rodeo? This spectacular rodeo is presented by Zions Bank and is known for being one of the top rodeos in the nation. This grand event has officially kicked off running July 19-20, & 22nd-24th. This rodeo will be held in the state-of-the-art 17.5 million-dollar Days of ‘47 Arena at the Utah State Fair Park to celebrate the cowboy way of life and the rich Western roots. Holding 10,000 reserved stadium-style seats for fans, there’s not a bad seat in this venue.
Utah high school athletes to represent state at festival in France ahead of Paris Olympics
SALT LAKE CITY — A group of six Utah teenagers will travel to France on Sunday to participate in a global youth sports festival ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She also had a combined no-hitter, 20 starts and 10 complete games, 144 strikeouts in 139 innings, and a 14-9 record (61%). She earned 44 career wins, which is the second-most in LHS history (51). Fuller batted .337 with eight hits for extra bases and 23 RBI. She will be heading to the College of Southern Idaho to further her athletic and educational career.
