STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Brooklyn man is facing multiple charges after a routine traffic stop on Staten Island found him in possession of two loaded firearms, police said. Rogers Ritson, 36, of the 1100 block of Glenmore Avenue in Brooklyn, has been charged with several felonies, including two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, for having a loaded firearm and explosive bullets, police said.
