    PSP: Motorcyclist throws items at troopers during chase

    WOODWARD TWP., LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police arrested a motorcyclist after a chase they say during which he threw items at troopers.

    According to Pennsylvania State Police, on June 29 around 1:55 a.m., troopers saw a motorcycle make multiple lane violations while traveling on US 15 through South Williamsport.

    Troopers said they activated their lights to pull over the motorcycle however the driver, Sean Allen, 36, of Levittown, fled onto Interstate 80 and a chase began.

    The chase went on for about 3 miles and while fleeing police Allen allegedly threw items at the patrol car.

    The pursuit ended for safety concerns and Allen was eventually arrested and charged with fleeing police.
