Shamokin, Pa. — A Northumberland County man remains in jail after he failed to register his new address with state police as part of requirements for the Megan's Law registry. Police filed charges after they discovered on May 30 that Cody S. Glosek, 29, had moved to an address on Walnut Street in Sunbury from his previous home in Shamokin.
