Southern California Weather Force is pending a possible Flood Watch for areas Los Angeles westward, in areas like Western Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and San Luis Obispo County. This decision will come on Friday morning, but you can get the details on it now.

The upper-level low that caused a conveyor belt of storms for Los Angeles south and eastward yesterday (November 15th) will move into Arizona on Saturday. As this does so, this will bring the main belt around the upper-level low into San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County later on Friday, then moving east through Friday night and Saturday morning through the rest of the forecast area.

Yesterday, San Diego and most of the Inland Empire had storms, whereas the focus for this event did not have a lot. As per the previous forecast of a higher category in these areas, this band should be the one to push it to the right category forecast predicted before.

This should be a direct flip-flop from the November 15th focus spots, so you down in San Diego and most of the Inland Empire should not expect much from it.

If a Flood Watch has to go out, again, the official one from Southern California Weather Force will be issued tomorrow (Friday morning) …

AFTER THIS EVENT: Offshore flow (Santa Ana Wind Pattern) will move in Sunday night and into Monday. Forecasts for that will begin after this impulse. One thing to note is the northerly flow will affect parts of the High Desert, Morongo Basin, Low Desert, Las Vegas, and Colorado River Valley zones, therefore you were sent this article over your email/app system.
