Southwick SB seeks legal advice on how to handle disqualified application for retail cannabis permit
SOUTHWICK – Select Board member Jason Perron made it clear during the board’s meeting Monday that he wanted the disqualified application submitted by town resident James Jaron for one of two retail cannabis permits the town is offering to be considered equally with four other applicants despite Select Board member Diane Gale’s insistence she properly followed the process adopted by the board when she rejected his application.
