One dead after reported drowning in the Spokane River
OTIS ORCHARDS, Wash. - A person is dead after reportedly drowning in the Spokane River near Otis Orchards. According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, multiple citizens at the scene called 911 and reported a body floating down the Spokane River. Deputies said multiple agencies were called to the scene, including Spokane Valley, Spokane 13, Sheriff's office and first responders from Idaho.
