Woman Injured in Shooting on Prospect and Market Streets in Paterson
PATERSON, NJ - A 43-year-old Paterson woman sustained non-fatal gunshot wounds on Sunday, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer in Charge Isa Abbassi announced. According to a statement, at approximately 9:57 p.m. on July 21, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of Prospect Street and Market Street in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim who had sustained non-fatal gunshot wounds. Authorities are currently conducting an active and ongoing investigation into the incident. Sparta Residents Asked to Complete Survey for Updated Open Space and Recreation Plan
SPARTA, NJ – The Sparta Environmental Commission, a statutory board, is working with the Land Conservancy of New Jersey to update Open Space and Recreation Plan for the community. The are asking Sparta residents to complete a survey to help them “identify goals and recommendations for the plan.” The survey takes about five minutes to complete.
