    3rd arrest made in death of man at Spartanburg park

    SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – A third person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man lured to a Spartanburg park.

    The shooting happened at Adams Park on East Boundary Drive on July 2, according to Spartanburg Police.

    Officers responded to the park following an anonymous 911 call around 1:30 p.m.

    Police arrived to find 37-year-old Krist Roker shot to death at the scene.

    Spartanburg Police said they arrested 31-year-old Patrick Hyshun Robinson at his home on John B. White Sr. Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. Monday.

    Robinson was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

    He is the third person facing charges in the case. The first two arrests were announced July 11.

    34-year-old Jason Randall Jurs was charged with murder and kidnapping/conspiracy to commit kidnapping while 27-year-old Natalie Alexis Hudson was charged with kidnapping/conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

    Warrants stated that the three lured Roker to the park in an attempt to kidnap him and take him to another location.
