INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police is investigating after a stray bullet struck a woman riding in the passenger seat along Interstate 465. According to a release from ISP, around 5:12 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, a black Toyota minivan was traveling northbound on Interstate 465, south of the Interstate 70 interchange on the east side of Indianapolis, when a bullet came through the windshield and struck the female passenger in the face.
