Docs: Indianapolis man arrested after driving 112 mph in Putnam County
PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — An Indianapolis man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Putnam County. According to an affidavit for probable cause, Indiana State Police conducted a traffic stop with 33-year-old Justin D. Bartrum around 12:16 a.m. Monday. He was driving a black 2024 Ford passenger car on U.S. Highway 231 just north of County Road 700 South when a state trooper spotted him.
