HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The 50th Anniversary celebration begins at 3 pm at Ritter Park in Huntington at Shelters 1 and 2. COTTAGEVILLE, W.Va. (WTAP) - During its 66 years, the Jackson County Junior Fair has seen many volunteers come together to help bring the fair to life for the local youth. Tammy Harpold is one of the longest-serving volunteers at the fair, having dedicated herself to the fair for about 25 years.
