SPOKANE, Wash. -- A woman was arrested for DUI and hit and run in North Spokane Saturday night. Arresting deputies said her BAC was almost four times the legal limit.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff's Office, a witness reported a driver was in a red Scion and appeared to be under the influence. The caller reported the Scion hit a parked car on Waikiki Road near Five Mile Road around 7:40 p.m.

Deputies located the Scion in a drive-thru on E. Hastings Road and Highway 395.

The car left the drive-thru, drove over a curb, and hit a large shrub. Deputies pulled the vehicle over and noticed the driver, 34-year-old Galina Lapik, appeared intoxicated.

Lapik was arrested for hit and run and DUI. A breathalyzer showed Lapik's BAC to be .309/.308 which is well over the legal limit of .08.

During a search of her car, deputies said they found three shot-sized bottles of vodka.
