SPOKANE, Wash. -- A man suspected of a drive-by shooting in North Spokane was arrested at the airport on Sunday after traveling across Europe, according to the U.S. Marshal Service.

On July 7, just after 2 a.m., Spokane Police responded to a drive-by shooting near Division Street and Main Avenue.

When they arrived at the scene, officers found two gunshot victims who were treated and transferred to the hospital for further treatment.

On July 15, SPD identified the shooting suspect as Moses Adedeji.

He was discovered to be abroad, prompting a joint investigation between SPD, U.S. Border Patrol and other international officials.

Officers tracked Adedeji's whereabouts as he traveled between the United Kingdom and other European countries.

On July 28, Adedeji was arrested at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport in North Carolina upon returning from the United Kingdom.

Police have not released why or what Adedeji was doing while abroad.

He is charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder and held on a $1,000,000 bond.
