Ramp from WIS 70 to southbound US 53 to close temporarily

SPOONER - The ramp from Highway 70 to southbound Highway 53 east of Spooner in Washburn County is expected to be closed Monday through Friday, June 10-14.

The closure is the result of a pavement replacement project on Highway 53 from Wildcat Road southeast of Spooner to County Highway A that includes replacing ramp pavement at the highways 70 and 63 interchanges.

The ramps from northbound Highway 53 to Highway 70 and from Highway 70 to northbound Highway 53, which closed to traffic May 20, are anticipated to reopen early next week.
