Boston Celtics superstar forward Jayson Tatum’s mom took to X again to voice her frustrations with her son being benched for two games, and an overall lack of playing time on Team USA.

Her frustrations were voiced after ESPN analyst Dick Vitale tweeted about Tatum’s playing time, asking if he was injured and that was why he wasn’t playing much, because it didn’t make sense why a player of his caliber wasn’t playing.

Tatum’s mother, Brandy Cole , responded by retweeting and saying, “ No he not. But if you find out please let me know - unacceptable and makes NO SENSE.”

Tatum has proven himself to be a great Olympian, and overall basketball player. He already has a gold medal where he was the second leading scorer to Kevin Durant, and just became an NBA champion this past season. Tatum also has won an Eastern Conference Finals MVP, and has been a first team All-NBA player for the past three years.

The fact he is not getting playing time is concerning, like there is something going on between coach Kerr and him. Fingers crossed, Tatum sees the floor a lot in the final Olympic game for the gold medal against France tomorrow, August 10th at 11:30am EST.
