Tennessee Titans rookie kicker Brayden Narveson isn't going to make the 53-man roster thanks to the presence of veteran kicker Nick Folk, but he might have opened some eyes around the NFL after drilling a ridiculously long field goal and then the game-winner in preseason Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks .

With the Titans trailing 12-10 and struggling to get anything going, the Titans gave the rookie a look from 59 yards out. To say the odds were stacked against him would be an understatement.

However, the undrafted free agent overcame those odds and absolutely nuked the football, clearing the uprights with room to spare. Check out the impressive kick.

That was Narveson's second make of the evening up until that point after he made a 21-yard field goal on Tennessee's previous offensive series. But he wasn't done there, as the rookie went on to make the game-winner as time expired from 46 yards out.

According to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com , Narveson is 17-of-22 in training camp this year. He has shown an ability to make long kicks, but he's never made one in practice from the kind of distance he did on Saturday night.

Unfortunately for the rookie, as impressive as he was on Saturday night, his best chance at sticking in Nashville is likely on the practice squad, where he could serve as a potential heir-apparent to the soon-to-be 40-year-old Folk.

But if he can keep kicking bombs like the one against the Seahawks, perhaps a team will come calling once he's inevitably waived at final cuts.
