Neiman is a member of the legendary Gracie family. A multi-time Jiu-Jitsu medalist, Neiman was a feature on Bellator programming and is 1-1 under the PFL banner.  He replaces Don Madge, who he beat in June due to injury.

PFL Challenger Series alum and contender Gabriel Braga, who is 2-0 in 2024, faces unbeaten Russian Timur Khizriev in featherweight action. Finally, Russian's Shamil Musaev and Murad Ramazanov fight in a welterweight rematch. Musaev beat Ramazanov in June.
