It may be the final week of preseason play for the Steelers and Lions, but the anticipation couldn’t be higher, especially for Pittsburgh.

The Steelers face burning questions at quarterback as they attempt to return to the long-term success that made them a juggernaut over the last decade.

Coach Mike Tomlin has chosen a nontraditional approach for Saturday's contest and will play his starters. While both teams are looking to make final tweaks and put on the finishing touches ahead of Week 1, it remains to be seen whether the Steelers will go with Super Bowl champion Russell Wilson or give recently traded ex-Bears quarterback Justin Fields a shot moving forward.

Wilson will get the start Saturday night, looking to prove himself again.

"Our mindset regarding this game is kind of a unique one, probably because we're trying to get the best of both worlds," Tomlin told reporters Thursday. "This is our third preseason game, and historically, the third preseason game has been a dry rehearsal for the regulars, and we have that mentality,"

Meanwhile, the Lions are 1-1 and are also in their own growth period. After last year's breakout season, they seek a second straight trip to the NFC Championship.

Which team will enter the regular season on a high note, Pittsburgh or Detroit? TSN has everything to know, including TV and streaming options for the game.
